About Us

MC˛ was started in 1979 by Perry Shimanoff.  We have extensive experience in Maintenance and Custodial Management and have many products and services to help managers do a better job and enhance productivity.



We have been producing Maintenance Management and other software since 1984.  More than 20% of California's public schools use software by MC˛ as do more than 10,000 businesses nationwide.  Clients say our software is very easy to use and extremely reliable.



We have performed more than 125 audits for school districts and we assist districts implement audit recommendations, develop custodial inventories and routes.



We conduct a variety of custodial training seminars designed to enhance custodial productivity.  Seminars include hands-on training for participants.  More than 7000 people have attended our seminars.
