Audits

Our comprehensive management audits examine operational effectiveness of the respective department.  We examine paperwork, data, documentation, and interview personnel and observe employees at work.  Our reports include both findings and recommendations (and we can assist with implementation). 



 You receive an objective, valid assessment of your maintenance and operation resources.  You receive a plan to enhance services and/or eliminate deficiencies.  Each audit is supervised by a principal of the firm which assures you of the highest quality.  Audit reports are delivered within 10 working days of conducting the audit.
